We do not sell or use your PII or other information for any promotional or marketing purposes. We do not sell your data to any third parties. We claim no ownership over any content you might have created in your account with us. You will be the exclusive owner of that. You are required to provide your consent to enable us have access to your information to enable us to provide you with the Service. By agreeing to our terms and conditions (ToS), when you subscribe to our services you are giving us the right to do so. You also agree that as long as the data is anonymized and does not personally identify you, it can be combined with other anonymized data from other companies to be used for benchmarking, public reports, or to enhance the service being provided. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any point. If you do not wish we have your personal information, to the extent required to enable us to provide you with our services, we request you to kindly refrain from using our services.
Information storage location and duration it is stored
Your data will be stored in the datacenters of AWS (Amazon Web Servers), which has a robust security mechanism, including SSA#16 and ISO 27001 certifications and may be transferred within facilities in the US or any other country in which AWS would like to maintain the data. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer, and storage of your data.
Your data will only be retained by us only for the period it is required, post which it would be deleted.
Service providers
PerXL may employ, contract, or include, third parties, external to itself for business, operational purposes and to enable fulfil its obligations to you. For instance, you may be directed to third-party platforms for processing credit card payments, or technical support. PerXL will have no access to your financial information. PerXL, may, however, disclose PII you have provided to us, with these Service providers. These Service providers, though external to PerXL, will always be entities bound by strict confidentiality agreements with us and will use your information only to perform the given tasks on your behalf. The third parties who process your financial information, for instance, are organizations which are PCI compliant. So, your information stays secure and is only used for the purpose intended. PerXL ensures all reasonable measures are taken to ensure that the authorized third parties adopt reasonable level of security practices and procedures to ensure security of PII.
Subscriber Third party integrations
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the processing of your information by third parties through your use of any third-party integrations available via our services. Please visit those third-party websites directly for more information on their privacy and data protection practices.
Merger/ Acquisition
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale, where all or substantially all of the assets of PerXL may be transferred to a third party, PerXL reserves the right to transfer information to where all or substantially all of the assets of PerXL that third party, provided, the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Policy Amendments/ Modifications
PerXL may amend this Privacy Policy periodically and we will notify you by posting a notice of the change on our website. We will make an effort to send notice of change to our users via email, provided we have your email address on record. If you disagree with the terms of the amended policy, you may choose to discontinue subscribing to or using our services.
